Vision, goals and positioning

The College of Maritime Career is a government that promotes marine policies based on the National Marine Policy Program, and the Ministry of Education has formulated a white paper on marine education policies to support the development of the country's "Six Major New Industry Development Strategies", "Marine Education" and "Marine Industry Policy" Based on the study of marine expertise and water sports skills such as navigation, marine engineering, marine leisure and tourism, and marine sports and leisure, develop the professional characteristics of each department, enhance students' professional and technical ability, creative thinking ability, and integrated application ability, and strengthen student workplace competition. With the vision of cultivating high-quality technical and management talents for the marine industry, it will enhance the national competition in the marine industry.

The college has four departments and one center, which are the Department of Navigation, the Department of Marine Engineering, the Department of Marine Leisure and Tourism (including the master's class), the Department of Aquatic Sports and Recreation, and the Center for Marine Leisure Development. The college has one dean and one administrative staff in the affairs of the college. The head of each department and full-time teacher form the college affairs meeting, group education evaluation, and the school curriculum committee. School Development Plan and Strategy
